Go to Browse, type a keyword or pick category, country and city. Use the sidebar for basic filters and open Advanced filters for availability, experience, rating, payment methods, languages, or whether the business is insured or verified. Compare a few listings before you get in touch.
On Map you pick a country and city and see markers for published businesses. Each pin opens a quick view or the full listing with approximate address, category and contact options. It is ideal when you want to explore by neighbourhood or nearby area.
Mosaic is another visual way to browse the directory: compact cards with a photo or brand mark, category and location. It helps you discover businesses at a glance and open a listing in one click. You can combine it with the same search filters depending on the view.
Sign up as Self-employed (one listing) or Company (several businesses), pick a plan under Pricing, and complete your listing: name, category, description, photos, traits, map location and contact details (phone, WhatsApp). Once it is ready and active, it appears in Browse, on the map and in city searches.
Individual: find professionals, save favorites, message and join the community. Self-employed: publish and manage one directory listing. Company: manage several businesses or teams from one dashboard, with more tools depending on the plan. Sign-up lets you choose the account type from the start.
Browsing the directory is free for visitors. Professionals and companies start on a Basic plan and can upgrade under Pricing for more visibility, messaging and tools. Registered individuals use favorites, messaging and community features without paying just to browse.
The Assistant guides you to describe a job (category, details, location and photos). You can improve the text with AI and submit the request so professionals in that category can reply with a price. Business listings also have a Request a quote button that opens the Assistant with the category pre-selected. You need to sign in.
Yes. When signed in you can mark a listing as a favorite and open it again from your dashboard. You can also follow updates or turn on alerts when the professional is online, depending on each listing’s options.
On the listing you will see the channels the business enabled: call, WhatsApp, Extpertia on-site chat and, if available, location or directions. Chat keeps history in Messages with alerts in Notifications. Phone and WhatsApp open your device dialer or messaging app.
Businesses can show comments and ratings on their listing. Signed-in members leave reviews with a score; the owner or an admin can moderate inappropriate content. Ratings also help you filter in Browse (for example 4★ or higher).
These are structured service details: availability, years of experience, payment methods, languages, whether they are insured, 24h emergency cover or a verified business, and more. They appear on the listing and power Browse filters so you can find the right professional faster.
Yes. From your listing dashboard you can upload business or portfolio photos. If there are no photos yet, the listing shows the Extpertia brand mark as a placeholder. Photos improve trust for people requesting a quote.
Some listings include content only for registered members or confirmed friends. If you are signed out you will see a prompt to sign in or create an account; if you are a member but not a friend, you can send a friend request from the listing. Comments and recent activity may also require sign-in.
The forum is a space for registered users: tips between clients and professionals, questions about the directory, billing or best practices. You must sign in. The team may moderate topics and replies.
In your listing editor set country, city and map coordinates or the address linked to the map. A clear location helps you appear in local searches and on the Map view. If you move area, update the pin so clients can find you nearby.
In Billing you see your current plan, can request an upgrade, download invoices and pay via the configured gateway (for example card). Some requests may need administrator confirmation. If you have a payment question, open a Support ticket.
These are trust labels the professional can set in their traits. “Verified” usually reflects a listing review process; “insured” means they declare insurance cover. Always double-check details when requesting a quote or agreeing a job.
Use Contact in the footer or open a Support ticket from your dashboard with category and details. You can also read this FAQ, Pricing, Terms and Privacy. We reply by email or in your dashboard.
